My camara was being passed from one person to me. In the exchange the camara slipped and fell on to the floor (carpeted) from about 3ft. height. It was on at the time, now the lens won't retract when I turn it off, and everytime I do try to turn it off the camara makes a "Beep, Beep" sound. Two quick beeps thats it. Please help.

Re: A Dropped Camara. Please Read
That is what casio calls a lens error. You will have to send it in and have it fixed. The cameras don't do well even when dropped from that short distance.

Leave it in a dry environment for a few days until everything dries. I'm afraid the camera is permanently damaged if the rain has salt or chemical content. Hopefully it doesn't and it's just a matter of drying out.
you need to take to the manufature to the outer shell,, because of thr shock it got when it fell down the alignment would have gone so the photo doesnt come in a proper way,, thank you,,, plz rate me,,,,,,,,,,
What is most likely happening is there is damage to the lens or the lens mechanism and you should have the camera looked at by an authorized service technician. I will say that digital camera repairs often exceed the value of the camera, but it can't hurt to get an estimate done. I hope this helps!
