Windows 7 cannot find driver for video controller
Hi,
As per the manufacturer, the motherboard is not made to support windows 7 and some of the drivers may not work correctly. The complete list of drivers are given on the link below http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=P4i65G&o=XP
As the video controller on the motherboard , is very basic ,it should be picked by windows 7 as default . Incase the same is not working you can try upgrading the motherboard software from the link below.

If the above steps donot resolve the problem, either invest in new board, though it would be expensive but you would have and upgraded system for next 5 years
Or Invest in an add on video card that supports windows 7. Which will be around $30 to $50.

Well if you reinstalled the operating system you need to install the drivers for all the hardware that is on the motherboard, You need drivers for, chipset, Graphic's, sound, lan, If you go to the website
of the maker of your motherboard they will have all the drivers you need.

though itz unclear to me of wat os u r using..
assuming that u r using win xp pro sp2..n directx installed..
check if Audio device is enabled in bios..
howevr,download microsoft kb888111update n install it..u need to re-install orupdate the device driver (may b manually)..logon to internet n seek thepackage/device driver..along wid the company, there will b a list of suchsite n driver download links if u search by the model name on a searchengine (like google)..

download themonto a location; if the driver is in a zip format, unzip it,if itz in.exe form, just run it; if done manually it'll ask for the correctdriver and location; relocate the path and a.inf file (wat it'll askfor)....goto the device manager n verify, if installed properly..!!
also download n install "k-lite mega codec pack"....
but always better to consult ur system admin/vendor....
