5. The phone will display one of either messages saying 'Personalize with MNC2' or 'Personalize with MNC3'
6. Wait approximately 5 seconds.
7. The phone will display 'Network' and a picture of a closed padlock.
8. Press Select.
9. The phone will display 'Unlock (Net) 5' and 'NCK:'
10. You can now enter the Unlock Code provided.

This siteis nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
