I have always been able to scan and E Mail items with no problem. About a week ago, when I tried to scan & send an E Mail, When I click on the Attach Tab, I have a pop-up asking for a profile, then other info., that I can't resolve. Therefore, I am not able to use that feature, which was important to me. All other features work fine. There are many boxes after the 1st., but nothing that I can really solve, or understand. I would like to have me E Mail capabilities back the way they were originally. I have ub-installed and reinstalled the printer 3 times, but it didn't remove the problem.....HELP

you know i just created an account in AOL
== its very easy to send an attachment
== click on new mail
== click on choose file
now you will get a window form where you can choose whick file or ppicture you want to attach
== now clcik on send
== LET ME KNOW THE RESULT

How can I access NEW MAIL from my printer options?????
This solution did not work. I am not familiar with this process. When I open my printer, I cannot access mail capabilities.
