Sony dvp-cx777es the dvd wont load up?

i mean you can put the disc on the carosell and then it just goes back and forwards, it wont stop when it comes to the disc, then it goes backwards and forwards until it switches its self off

When you say wont load up do you mean you cant insert dvd or do you mean,wont read,impossible to give you a cure without more details of fault

My Sony DVP-CX777ES player just opens and closes several times upon powering up. Then it stops and I get an error message that reads "C 32 00." Then it turns off.

Please check door mechanism as explained in chat session and possibly loading belt and/or door switches could be culprit and causing problem.

My Sony dvp-cx777es won't play DVD's anymore. It will play any CD just fine but when I put in any DVD video movie the unti will not read it. It just sits there and after a couple of mins it says...

I Fixed Mine!!! I found that the part that spins and reads the dvds was bad. Luckly i had a spare changer at home to test this. I took it apart and got this info from the part that i replaced.

Sony portable DVD player wont load DVDs

maybe the spindle motor is defective so it cannot read the disc. just bring that your dvd to sony service center to fix your dvd.

All discs will not play. Sounds like it is trying to play ...

try cleaning the OPTICAL lens directly with a Qtip , gently clean it from any debris , and try again , the procedure shouldnt be hard to open it up , good luck ,

Escient Mx-531 won't see Sony DVP-CX777es

I had this problem and I found out that the cable I had bought that fit both the Escient and Sony changer wasnt the right one. I went to Fry's and bought one that said null modem on it and file transfer. Then it found the changer and all started coming together
