Sounds like the pump needs to be de-watered completely and cleaned. There is a pressure chamber that contains, I am guessing here since I hve never taken one apart, a float and a microswitch. If the float gets heavy with gunk or gets a hole in it, it will not float as well and will take more water in the drain pipe to cause it to rise up and activate the micro switch. I don't know how hard it is to disassemble these units but hope it is fairly simple since they are pricey. You said it was only on a sink, not a toilet or both. It is possible that grease has built up (the gunk) and a hot water flush may do the job for you but it will take a lot of hot water flowing through the grinder, that of some grease dissolving drain cleaner.

SOURCE: saniflo is for my shower only.the pump works then

Sounds like the pump is overheating and is being protected by an internal automatic reset high temperature switch. Have the pump serviced. It might need nee bearings and seals.

SOURCE: saniflo sanibest continually running , noisy ...

The float switch will be the problem.
We do not replace the switch, just change the unit as labour to strip and replace switch makes it un economical.

SOURCE: saniflo pump has a delay, kicks in 15 mins after flushed.

Either the rubber membrane or the microswitch is at fault.

My sanivite 3 has a washer connected to the bottom inlet and a sink to the top inlet. when water is run from the sink the system will pump the water out, however when the washer is discharging waste the...

A washing machine discharges water water at a very high velocity and high capacity. This is far more waste water than the pump was designed to handle. The washer discharge must be connected to what's called an "indirect waste", that is, it must discharge into a laundry tub or sump, so that the excess can be stored until it can be taken by the pump. The specific code that governs this is in chapter 27 of the International Residential Code.

Also in the manufacturers instructions, they allow the discharge from a washing machine ,through an indirect waste. [sic] "The Sanivite is a drain pump that is ideally suitable for use in a basement apartment or anywhere in the house where additional fixtures are most wanted. It will pump waste water away from a variety of sources such as: a kitchen sink, laundry sink, washing machine ***(indirect connection)***, dishwasher, bar sink, etc."

This pump will never be able to handle the discharge directly and you need to provide a receptor to accommodate a washing machine. Is there any possibility of adding a laundry tub adjacent the washer and Sanivite pump?

Yes,

Stop using it. Sounds like the "Impeller" is going bad or broken. There are replacement parts or you may buy another ejection tank.
