SOURCE: Ipod not turning on or charing with computer

Start with these five simple solutions: Reset, retry, restart, reinstall, or restore

If that is not able to fix your problem, contact apple or your dealer for more assistance or repairs.

If you need more assistance let me know. Good luck.

SOURCE: my ipod nano wont do anything

This is for breanna1994. I had the same problem you did and nothing worked. What I ended up doing is mailing it to an Ipod tech shop and they couldn't fix it so they sent me a new one for 80 dollars. So just google Ipod tech centers. If you live in Oklahoma though there is one in the mall in tulsa, Woodland Hills.

SOURCE: I put the music on my computer and plug in my ipod it should sync but it doesn't

I thnk u shud restore your ipod to factory setting using itunes. Several reason may have caused your itunes to crash.Maybe u disconnected your ipod before it has completed to sync your music and or your ipod might be affected with a virus. you better restore it to avoid further disapointments. I have an ipod i have experienced such problems. The only risk is you are going to loose the current songs in your ipod

Iforgot my ipod password and user name and itunes

Hello,

there are two options by which you can unblock the ipod. Follow any of the procedures tomorrow.
Unlock with the Primary Computer
  1. Plug the iPod into the primary computer linked to that iPod, the first computer you synchronized it with unless you have designated another computer as the primary computer.
  2. Open itunes and sync the iPod as normal.
  3. Remove the iPod, following the normal removal procedure. The iPod unlocks automatically as you remove it.
Unlock by Restoring
  1. Restore the iPod to factory settings if you do not have access to your primary computer. This erases all of the data you have stored on the iPod.
  2. Plug your iPod into the new computer you want to be the primary computer. Open iTunes and click on the "Restore" button.
  3. Reload your data, if it is available and sync your iPod. Remove it following normal procedures.

Is this your first time using the iPod since buying this from ebay? There are two ways on how you can do this:
1. By connecting it to the primary computer and syncing it with iTunes. Please take note that this needs to be the primary computer you have connected it with.
2. If it is not, then your final resort would be to do a factory reset of the iPod. This will delete all files, music etc on your iPod and will restore it to factory default. You need to use the iPod updater to reset it.
Good luck.

Have you tried restoring the iPod yet?
Use the Five Rs to restore the iPod. You will lose the data that is currently on it if you restore but you can always re-sync the data to the iPod.
