My washer is not draining or spinning on every load. It is displaying an F02 when it gets to the drain and spin part. I have unpluged and that did nothing. I just keep starting the drain and spin cycle over and over till it works again. Can someone tell me what the F02 means from the manuel?
I have had this issue more than once. It was an easy fix for me (maybe a 20 minute job and best of all no money). For my F 02 error it was my 4 year olds socks that some how got down the drain line and stuck in the clean out. Here is what you do. There are 3 screws bottom of the front access plate. Remove these and the lower access plate will pop right off. Right in front you will see the pump and the drain line. It has a clean out right there. Unscrew the cap (be ready for alot of water to rush out, so have alot of towels ready). Once the water is drained remove the cap. The cap has a trap so that larger items do not get to the pump. This is where I find the socks stuck. Clean it out, tighten the cap back into place, put the access panel back on, and hit run. Has worked for me at leaste 3 times. Those pesky kid socks every time.

F02 is a drainage problem see codes here. There may be blockage in the drain tube or someone may have to go inside the machine to remove bockage befor the outside drain tube. good luck

THESE ERROR CODES ARE UNIQUE TO EVERY MANUFACTURER. MY BEST GUESS IS THAT YOUR LOADING DOOR SAFETY SWITCH IS BAD. IT IS THERE TO SHUT DOWN WASHER IF A SMALL CHILD OPENS THE DOOR DURING ANY MODE WHERE THE AGITATOR OR DRUM IS SPINNING. IT SHOULD NOT BE AN EXPENSIVE REPAIR SO BEWARE!!!

he F02 message is a long drain error and it may mean the pump is clogged or bad. You don't provide a lot of detail about if the water is draining out or not but the first thing to check for this error is the drain pump.
The image below shows how to access the pump and remove the filter. This may be your only problem. With the access panel removed you can also make sure the pump is running. Remember to unplug the washer before removing the access panel.
Check the pump for the F02 and make sure you're using HE detergent and there's not excessive suds.

error code f 02
I am done with this machine. I HATE IT! Today, the problem is the F 02.....yesterday it was the F11. I keep resetting it to go back to drain and spin...it works for about 10 minutes and the....beep, beep, beep...F 02.....F 02. HELP
Mine doesn't drain all the way on any cycle, I have to repeat a drain/spin cycle to get the machine to finish.
F02 error. weak clicking noises instead of the normal stronge clicks when it use to wash correctly.
