1. At the same time, hold down the "Setup" button and the button for whatever electronic you're trying to program ie, TV, DVD, CBL/SAT, etc...

2. Wait until the red indicator light comes on and stays on. Release it, then enter in the code. The light should immediately go off. If it blinks, then that means you've entered in the wrong code

3. This remote seems to have a 4-digit code which I was able to look up here:

Go to the 4-digit code link and look for your brand.

BTW, I have a Phillips Magnavox TV and my code is 0154 in case anyone needs it!
