Still I also experience startup problem, and I did not even dropped of my 9500, it just blink when I tried to turn on. What should I do? Is that a hardware problem? cuz I already tried formatting it but still I get the same effect specially when it hangs or turned off..thanksStill I also experience startup problem, and I did not even dropped of my 9500, it just blink when I tried to turn on. It could be that moisture got into the battery terminals. Take a Qtip and wipe the battery terminals inside the phone and also on your battery.
Then try installing the battery again and then hook up the AC charger. Try booting up. I had a cell phone once, it was a Nokia and it did something similar. I had plugged the car charger in while I was in the car and I heard a noise like it shorted. I took the phone to trade it in when I purchased a new Nokia and I noticed that the store clerk had taken my phone that would not boot up and hooked it to an AC charger. It powered up. I still purchased the new phone, but try the AC charger and see what happens. If it powers up, it might be the battery. Let the battery charge for about 4 hours, don't keep it charged overnight. Overnight charging will ruin the battery. If the phone still doesn't work, I'd say bring it in and see if you can get it looked at.
Remove your battery from phone and insert it again then charge your phone for 5 to 10 minutes. After it, if its display does not come then replace the battery.
Try it, if not switch on, inform me at [email protected]
Charging duration does not connect to battery lasting duration in any way.Optimal charging time is 3 to 4 hours.your battery will drain soon if you keep your touchscreen pressed continuously in your jeans pocket.Keep bluetooth switched off. Reduce the brightness of your mobile display. Play music threw headphone rather than using loudspeakers.
I had the same problem with the n810. I was using a non-oem battery and the connections were a loose fit causing the battery not able to charge. If you take the battery cover off, hold the battery firmly in place. Connect the charger and make sure battery is charging, then press the boot button. If it boots and stays on, then shuts off when you stop holding the battery. Then you probably have a loose connection or a bad battery. Also try cleaning the connector with a pencil eraser and alcohol. I had to wedge tthe battery in place. You can find a spare battery with a desktop charger on Ebay for around $10US.
with respect to your low Nokia 6680's low battery, what you need to do is to charge it while switched off for atleast 12 hours. It is possible for the phone to have 200+ standby time afterwards but that is if its not used at all. You should also disable the bluetooth, as well as the backup ligthing if switched on as all these can dramatically reduce the life of the battery.
