The right front wheel on my stroller system is broken. It is actually a red plastic piece that has broken. The wheel itself is fine. I cannot find replacement parts on the Graco website and don't know where to go. My serial number is actually 7512TRY. Serial number JJ1103040331 and manufacture date is 110304. I entered this data on the Graco website and found nothing. Any assistance would be much appreciated. I really don't want to have to purchase another stroller.

Hi Perhaps you can find one or two small pieces of plastic (underneath) you can push back in untill the bracket can slide over and from the tubing. Hope this helps, for I don't actually have Britax in stock.
All is not lost yet, Contact Zooper directly to see if this can be fixed before throwing out your stroller. [email protected] 1-888-742-9899 They have an online submission form on their website under the FAQ -"I have an older zooper stroller. How can I go about getting parts or service?" but when I went there, it seemed to be a warranty registration link instead.
On my stroller there is a little plastic piece just above the front wheels. If you push it to the left it will lock the wheels. Push it back to the right to unlock the wheels. You may have to push a little hard to move it.
I have the same problem, the airline broke ours the last time we flew. I just found on Graco's website that you can order replacement parts. Here is the link, http://www.gracobaby.com/store/order/default.asp?N=10418+10413+10421&Ne=11
You'll need the model number and serial number. I found ours on a sticker under the footrest. For our stroller it's $19 plus shipping for the front wheel assembly.
Hope this helps.
