I bought my washer last year and have misplaced my booklet. The clothes are being washed but the water will not drain or the washer will not spin. The display panel shows an F02 code and continues to beep. What can I do? Please help me I am desperate.
Dea, F02 is the code for long drain. Your filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 screws. The panel will drop and come off. The filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a bunch of towels and unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in. See if the washer comes back to life...Catriver..post back

Had same problem. Followed Catriver's advice on post (i.e., remove bottom panel three screws, unscrew filter cap (have lots of towels cause it will drain), remove filter and voila!). Found one sock, a quarter, and some other junk clogging the drain. Saved $55 house service call. Thanks all!
