How to find light scribe feature is available on my dvd or not. how to use light scribe feature. things needed to use light scribe.(dvd ram GSA-H12N)

If your LG LightScribe drive will not need drivers to work as a 'normal' DVD drive as this function is Plug n' Play.

BTW - You have a great drive there... I have GSA E10L and a GSA E40L - Both fantastic drives...

However to use LightScribe you will need both:

1: LightScribe System Software
and
2: LightScribe Labeling Software.

my nti cd dvd mker has been working fine but now is not .say 1% not down loading properly

Has the firmware of the drive been updated since you owned it? IF not the 1st thing to do is update the firmware from LG's support site. here..

The Latest firmware is version 1.06

If this does not fix the situation the drive could be bad.

tou have the problem with the super drive (DVD RAM) lens...>> sometimes dirt that gets collected over the lens can cuase such problems >> such dirt can be cleaned a DVD len cleaner or removing the drive ...or else it's the end you have to replace your drive...

try using different media ( non light scribe ) and second try using a program such as nero premium or easy media creator 9/10.Most of my dvd's have been successful with good quality especially with nero ultimate/premium

THIS DID IT TO ME 3 DAYS AGO.  I'M NOT SURE HOW IT CAN JUSR DISAPPEAR AFTER USING IT, BUT IT DID.  WHEN I WENT TO BURN THE LABEL IT REDIRECTED ME TO THE WEBSITE TO DOWNLOAD A GENERIC LIGHTSCRIBE.  I HAVE A DVD ISSUE NOW AND UNINSTALLED THE PROGRAMS THAT CAME WITH THE WRITER AND MY ORIGINAL LIGHTSCRIBE REAPPEARED!  I DON'T REMEMBER THE WEBSITE, BUT TRY A SEARCH FOR "GENERIC LIGHTSCRIBE"
