For most Pioneer single CD players, you can set the clock using the following steps: 1.Press and hold the SOURCE button until the unit shuts off. 2.Press and hold SOURCE again until the clock appears. With some models you will press and hold the FUNCTION or AUDIO button instead of the SOURCE button. 3.Press the left or right arrow to select the segment of time you wish to adjust. 4.Press the up or down arrows to increase or decrease the numbers in the blinking segment. 5.Once the clock is set correctly, press the SOURCE button to exit.

You said "...on reciever cd out in the audio box..." but it should the reciever IN that you connect to. Also is the BlueRay player capable of playing CD's ? When you press play on the sony remote, do the seconds start counting on the screen ? (ie: is it playing, but no sound is coming out?)

How do you set the clock on a Pioneer DEH-1600?
To set the clock, please follow the following steps

#1
Press and hold the "SRC/OFF" button on your Pioneer car CD player until the unit powers down. Note that the "SRC/OFF" button is located on the top left of the Pioneer car CD player.

Press and hold the multi-control knob, located on the left side of the CD player. Hold the multi-control knob until the words "Clock Set" appear on the CD player's display.

Turn the multi-control knob until the words "Clock Set" are highlighted. Press the multi-control knob on your Pioneer car CD player to enter the clock setting mode.

Turn the multi-control knob to highlight the "Hours" option. Press and hold the multi-control knob until the hours-place digits begin to flash. Rotate the multi-control knob until the desired value is displayed. Press the multi-control knob on your Pioneer car CD player to save your changes.

Turn the multi-control knob to highlight the "Minutes" option. Hold the multi-control knob until the minutes-place digits begin to flash. Rotate the multi-control knob until the desired minutes value is displayed. Press the multi-control knob to save your changes and end the clock-setting process.

Turn the stereo off before you stop car. If clock is not displayed press display until clock is displayed. Then turn off car, and turn it back on it should have clock up.

I cant seem to set the display to stay put with one colour.
you have to go into the main menu of the cd player. find demo mode and hold your knob down for like 5 seconds should turn it off. not too shure about the demo mode in that particular cd player but that is how it is with kenwoods brand new........or look in your cd player owners manual and find the section on DEMO MODE then go through the steps to turn if off.

The problem is that the bat handle is broken. you need to dissassemble, and repair the blue plastic piece. Use epoxy, that's what I did. It worked.

2010 Toyota Camry LE Aux/CD not working When I first got the car, hitting the Aux/cd button did absolutely nothing. Used some contact cleaner to see if possibly the button had debris or was sticking but it did nothing. I inserted a cd and it spit it back out after trying to read it and will no longer accept any cd. Weird thing is now when I hit the button, it will go to CD and will constantly try to read a cd that isn't there. Though it will never show AUX when I hit the button. Tried playing through the aux cord but don't believe it will work unless I can actually get it into Aux mode via using the button. Is this something fixable or is replacing the radio the way to go?
