Itunes is what is known as proprietary software. Which basically means that it only works with hardware of the same brand. (Apple- Ipod) You will not be able Itunes to load mp3 files on a Sansa MP3 player.
I'm not familiar with SANSA but try this. try to locate any slide switch from your MP3 player indicating "HOLD" or a picture of a "lock" or a "key" then switch it backwards.
and in some cases this switch can also be locate at the headset unit if the headset does have a control buttons on it
