What was changed? The IP address of the phone system or the IP of the voicemail PC?

You just need to go into manager and change the IP of where the voicemail is in the SYSTEM>VOICMAIL tab.

When I am on a call and the person I am speaking with wants to be transfered to someone els' voicemail, how do I do this?

when in the call press the transfer button then you will hear a dial tone. Enter that person's extension and if they have their voicmail set up on their extension it should pick up and the call is transferred to voicemail

You need to set this extension up in the Call Rerouting form in the PBX. Program the First alternative to go to the voicemail extension.

How do you set your voicmail on the lgneon

To set up voicemail, push and hold the number 1 key until it dials into your voicemail box, then listen and follow the prompts to create a password and leave a standard or custom greeting. If this doesn't work, contact your carrier to reset the voicemail on your account. Hope this helps!

I had the same problem at one point in time. However, I figured out that when someone calls and leaves a voicemail there is a message that appears saying "1 new voicemail". Try hitting the "listen" option and let it take you to voicemail that way instead of cancelling out of that option to see your missed call. That should make it go away. If not, then I have no idea.
