Sony HandyCam DCR-DVD602E Output to TV

Hello, Purchased a Sony HandyCam DCR-DVD602E while I was in Iraq. When I brought it home, I am having problems getting it to connect directly to the TV. It ends up being blury and black and white. Is their a different format between the output on this CamCorder and the ones overseas? Shouldnt it be the same? (using the Hi-Fi connectors). Could it be just the connector? Anything to try? Thanks in Advance! Tim

Hello, your Camcorder is in PAL (system for most European countries). In US the system is NTSC. But be calm. On multisystem sets you can follow the converted signal. On PC it is even easier. If you need more info please advice.
