I have also lost my install cd.ihave search the web endlessly. contacted rca; asked every friend. if you have this disc please send me a copy. e-mail me and i can tell you where. my player did say format eror.fixed that.now it will come on and it looks ok but there are no songs on it. my computer shows mtp device but no file and can't get anything loaded onto it. i think the install disc will help,but ilost the disc and my computer crashed and i lost the files.please, if you can help i would be very grateful.

Two options:1. google the driver for the webcam. download it. save it to a location (folder). while installing, ask the computer to search in that location. 2. take your driver CD to a friend along with a pen (USB) drive. copy the driver file into that. while installing ask the computer to search in your pen drive for the driver.
Go to ask.co.uk and type in your modle number in the search box and it should list the software for you. once you have located the software than its the matter of installing the drivers on you comuter system.
Dear Friend, It's very simple. Please don't install other softwre. Because you had lost your installation cd and if you are not able to find the same software on the internet. then you have to do nothing, just visit the shop from where you had purchase the Web cam. if you had purchase it from online shopping then just mail a message to the appropriate website address. they will take some charge but can provide the installation cd easily. thanks for contacting me.
