SOURCE: Memory card error
I have the same problem, just started this week. I've been using this camera for 4 years, over 8500 photos, with no problem like this...
SOURCE: error messages "cannot display image" or memory card error, etc.
Try a different SD card to start.

Trun the camera off and remove the batteries. Leave it for at least a minute before inserting the batteries. Put the car in and turn the camera on.
The firmware in these cameras can get confused. Removing the batteries for a minuite or two will allow the camera circuits to discharge and so it will reset from start when powered-up again.
If this does not work then the camera may need to be sent away for repair. This need not be expensive it could be as simple as re-programming the camera. (Their program memory is writeable and so it can be accidentally altered under certian circunstsances. It may be possible to do this yourself using the downloadable firmware upgrade, but I would let someone else try thet first!)
However, it is just possible that the new card is also faulty!
Check the cards in your PC by obtaining a SD card reader to allow you to plug it directly into your PC.
For reference I would always recommend inserting and removing memory cards with the camera turned off. I would also use the SD card reader to load the images into the PC. Unplugging devices form the USB port can be harmful to some devices. Check the bottom right of your PC screen for an 'safe unplug' icon when things are plugged in.

Try connect camera to computer and insert memorycard. If it still doesnt read memory card then its nothing u can do with this problem.
Take the camera back to the store for repair.

instead of quick format, use the full format. Then put back in your camera and format again with the camera.
