Question about Panasonic DVD-S35S DVD Player

Display message HO2.

Put a disc in and the message reads HO2 then no disc. Have disconnected the AC power supply cord,and reconnected as per manual but still nothing. Will not play anything.

    I am having the same exact problem. I put a disk in, it says HO2 and then "no disc." I unplugged it and plugged it back in and nothing. The spindle advice doesn't really help me because I have no idea how to do that. I was hoping I just need to hit some sort of re-set button. Help!!!!!

WILL NOT EJECT DISC

What is the model number of your DVD player? You may try power resetting the unit and check if it helps. To power reset, turn OFF the DVD player and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet and turn the player ON. Attempt to open the disc tray.

Depending on the model number of your DVD player, simultaneously press the POWER + STOP + EJECT buttons. If the disc tray still does not open, simultaneously press the DISC1 + STOP + EJECT buttons.
NOTE: This step may not apply to all models as DISC1 is not available on all DVD players.

If this does not work and if the DVD player has DISPLAY and PREV buttons, press and hold the DISPLAY+PREV buttons for two seconds to unlock the drawer.

This issue may occur if the disc is damaged or if the disc was not inserted properly into the Blu-ray Disc® player. Follow the steps below to open the disc tray and eject the disc.
  1. Turn off the Blu-ray Disc player.
  2. Disconnect the power cord (mains lead) or AC adapter.
  3. Allow the disc player to remain without power for 30 seconds.
  4. While pressing the OPEN/CLOSE button located on the front of the disc player, reconnect the power cord.
    IMPORTANT: For some Blu-ray Disc Home Theater models it is necessary to press and hold the OPEN/CLOSE andPLAY buttons simultaneously, then reconnect the power cord.
    NOTE: This step may require the assistance of a second person.
  5. After reconnecting the power cord, when the tray opens, release the OPEN/CLOSE button.
  6. Remove the disc.
  7. If necessary, disconnect and then reconnect the power cord to recover the player.

When I turned on my printer today all the lights on the front started flashing and this error message showed: "C4EB8000. Turn power off then on again." I've tried googling it and nothing seems...

Follow these steps to resolve the error message. It might not be necessary to complete each step to fix the issue. Step one: Disconnect all data cables and devices from the HP product
  1. Disconnect any USB, Ethernet, or parallel cables from the back of the HP product.

  2. Remove any memory cards or USB drives from the HP product.
Step two: Turn the HP product off and then on
  1. Press the Power button (c01602202.gif ) to turn off the HP product.
  2. Wait 15 seconds.

Step three: Reconnect the data cables and devices
  1. Press the Power button (c01602202.gif ) to turn off the product.

I have problem in my canon MP150 printer that the display is blinking digit 5 and E so wat the problem tell me

E5 - The ink cartridges are not installed or a non-supported ink cartridge is installed, or the ink cartridges are not installed properly.

Here is the first fix for this error:

  1. Disconnect the printer's power cord.
  2. Press and hold the power button while reconnecting the power cord.
  3. While still holding down the power button, press the reset button twice (red circle with a triangle).
  4. Release the power button. The printer takes about 10 seconds to show the number 0.
  5. Press + to change the value from 0 to 1.
  6. When this value is 1, press color button; this will light up two leds. One is for plain paper and the other for photo paper. At this point, feed the printer with paper.
  7. Press the power button twice and the printer will print a test page (if this page doesn't print by itself, press the "color" button once and the test page will print).
  8. When you print this sheet the value in the display returns to zero.
  9. Open the printer cover and remove the cartridges. With the printer still open, disconnect the power outlet.
  10. Close the lid and turn on the printer.
  11. Now put your cartridges back in the printer, and wait for 2 minutes. The amber light beside the black ink and color ink should have disappeared.

If you continue to get the error message, try this:
  1. Disconnect power cord.
  2. Press and hold the power button whilst plugging the cord back in.
  3. While still holding the power button, press the reset button twice. The printer's display will read "Factory 1".
  4. Allow the printer to finish warming up (takes around 25 seconds).
  5. The word "idle" appears on the screen.
  6. Disconnect the power cord.
  7. Reconnect the power cord.
  8. Turn the printer back on.

Won't record on blank disc.

Bulk disc that comes in cylinder case are some time faulty and loses quality because they packed on each other. The lens of the disc are sensitive so if disc is scratch or dirty will get error message "no read". Turn the unit off then unplug ac power cord for more than two minutes then reconnect and try disc again, if issue still exist purchase disc that comes in individual case.

Printer cycles on/off and displays "improper shut down"

Got the same problem following a message "Printer ink failure" code 0xc19a0035. Instructions say to shut down using button on/off. But printer refused to shutdown. After 30 minutes, I disconnected power cable. Removed cartridges. Reloaded cartridges. Reconnected power cable and got "Improper shutdown" message with continuous cycle. Solution: 1. While the printer is still turned on, unplug all cables and cords at the back of the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord also from the wall outlet...
3. Wait for two minutes.
4. Reconnect power cord to the wall outlet first.
5. Press and hold the pound (#) and six (6) buttons.
6. While holding down the two buttons, reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer and after two seconds, release pound and six buttons.
7. Turn on the printer if it turns off... and it's fixed.

Panisonic DVD RV-31 Wont read any DVD...shows a "Ho2" code

The motor is on its way out - the H02 code indicates motor failure as in it cannot spin the disc. You can sometimes fix it but for how long is anyone's guess. Disconnect from the power, remove the three rear screws and two screws on each side (total 7) and lift off the outer cover. Now if you carefully reconnect the power BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO TOUCH ANY PARTS INSIDE THE CASE and put a DVD disc in as per normal, you'll will see that when the tray closes, the upper platen (a honeycomb disc) that sandwiches the DVD to the lower platen does not spin - it should. Give a gentle spin clockwise and it should spin up and the DVD will play. You may need to restart if you missed your chance first time. If you switch off and on, eject and close the tray, the spin should happen as normal. If it doesn't, your motor is knackered and not an economical repair. Buy a new player. If it spins time and time again, you may well have temporarily fixed it for a while.

the player begins to read dvd. display will read 00---READ and it repeats this process a few times and the error then is displayed next.
