Question about Motorola Mobility HS850 Consumer Headset
My headset is about a month old. I had not had any problems until about a week ago. I charged it overnight and by 1pm after minimal use, it is dead.
Usually Lithium-Ion batteries have a Memory effect, ie. the battery should be 100% consumed then only recharged. If the battery is only 40% used and recharged then the battery will give you only 40% of it's total charge. The battery starts showing you empty after it is 40% consumed even it was 100% charged. Now there is solution for this-Drain battery upto full, store it in a cool place like Frigde then charge it full then again use it upto last. Repeat this procedure for 2-3 times.Your battery should come to normal state. Also check the charging current of the charger. The charger might also be faulty.
