Instruction Manual I lost my instruction manual to my ilo mp3 player, how can i get another one? Are there instructions online that i can print for free? Please help!~! Thank you

Should be on the install CD that came with the unit.

What the hell!!! The stupid new WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER doesn't let me download my music.... and the first time i tried it deleted all my music i draged from limewire! WE NEED THE OLD WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Courtney<3

INSTRUCTION MANUAL.
I've spent 20 minutes googling matsui>mat110>user manuals>drivers and came up with nothing. I could not even find help at the Matsui web site. I did find several threads on different sites complaining about the lack of documentation. If you have a phone number for them I'd use it.

I have a ilo mp3 that wont work right witn windows media player
Read the manuel carefully and follow the direction it should work. you can find the firmware here as well as pdfs of the manual and upgrade manual http://www.lenoxx.com/2005/mp3player/mp556.htm if you have a ilo model mp-556 (on the back cover) this page has links to the firmware ... i follow the instruction and got mine working.

I am trying to play music from an sd card but can't do you know why? When I was trying to sync more mp3 songs from my pc to my mp-556 it deleted all my songs. Since I no longer had a playlist so I copied the mp3's to an SD card, but the mp3 player won't load it. Did I do something wrong?
