Hello, first you go to the start menu and there you go to the control panel, the recovery function key.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps provided below and check the operation:




1. Rotate the screen and check if that helps.
2. Perform Reset by following steps:




1. Locate the RESET button behind the LCD panel of the camcorder.
2. Use a pointed object (like a ballpoint pen) to press and hold the RESET button for 2-3 seconds.
3. After 2-3 seconds has elapsed, release the RESET button.




3. Perform a manual power reset by following the steps:




1. Turn off the camcorder.
2. Disconnect AC power adapter.
3. Remove the battery pack.
4. Move the POWER switch to the CAMERA position for 15 seconds.
5. Move the POWER switch to the OFF position.
6. Reconnect the AC power adapter or reinsert the battery pack.
7. Turn on the camcorder.

Try turning it completely off for about a minute then turn it on again.

Please follow the following procedure to hard reset ( factory reset ) the phone . If that does not help Please take it to a authorized service center .

1. Turn the power off. If your HTC Inspire 4G is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
2. Hold the Volume Down button
3. Press and hold the Power button until the device turns on
4. You are now presented with a menu that allows for Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and Simlock
5. Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
6. Press and release the Power button
7. Now simply confirm your decision: Volume Up for YES and Volume Downfor NO

All data including third-party applications will be deleted from the HTC Inspire 4G. Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory fresh state.

try to reset the phone by picking the reset hole on the side of the phone (i use a staple) the touchscreen should be a bit better to press the unlock button. hope this helps!

You may be able to go the TomTom website and download the last update programming. If the problem is software this should fix it.

please re-post the question in english because unfortunately i don't understand exactly the nature of the problem.
From what i get, i think you have a problem with the touchscreen allignment wich seems to be out of phase. This is mostly a hardware problem between the touchscreen controller and the motherboad. Also, a touchscreen has a finite life span and will loose accuracy over time and fail completely in the end. You should try a hard reset for your dell, (this will erase all the data stored on it and replace it with factory defaults). If this doesn't work, most probably the only way to save the device would be to have the touchscreen or lcd-touchscreen unit replaced in a service center.

At first Reset Factory Setting and see if it works again. If not you need to change your touchscreen.
