My GE JVM1440WH04 is less than a year old, used it one day, the next the power was out. I changed the fuse, but still NO power. Could it be the power cord? I checked the outlet and it was fine.
There is an internal fuse and internal TCOs (thermal cutouts / thermostats) any of which can interrupt the power to the unit.
Since
it's less than one year old, it should be fully covered under warranty.
I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to get it fixed free.

I have the same problem but the Microwave is 2,5 years old so its not covered by warranty. It was working just fine when suddenly it stopped working completely as if it doesn't power, so we're not sure what to do
