Gigabyte GeForce 9800GTX+ Has bad problem

Uninstall the current driver if one is installed then reboot the system, then install a new driver found at the following link:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

To select the correct driver from their drop down menu, choose the following:

- Geforce
- Geforce 7 Series
- Your Operating System
- Your preferred Language

Then click the "Search" button and download it.

just make sure the drivers are up to date. I know they released a new one for that series about a month ago. the older cards aked up from time to time. I have SLI 9800gtx's and they will do weird stuff sometimes then recover.

This will take you to the download section where you can download and install the drivers

The GTX possess faster clock speeds than the GT. GTX is also dual-slot & sucks down 40 watts more power.
So, the GTX is the superior card if you have room for it.

You have to know the model number of you card....

Not quiet sure what you mean? The fx5200 will run vista and is aero capable as its the 1st dx9 card but it may struggle a bit. Could you clarify what you want to know? :)
