Hi thereCan you help give your superior knowledge my problem is I have bought a head cleaner and after 2 attempts to clean the heads no success All I get when the camcorder comes on is a mass of colour going up and down it does give you info about the camcorder on the demonstration but when you come to record you cannot see anything just these coloured lines Please advise Thankyou Ken Borrett
This is a failed ccd (device that makes the image) problem. If you ship it to jvc by October, they are still repairing this problem at no cost because of a batch production. Go to jvcservice.com for support info. Good luck, magic seadog
