GBC Quartet Shredder - Service manual

Does anyone know a site where I can see the service manual for the GBC Quartet 3220-8 shredder or can they show me a manual on line. My wife dis-assembled the shredder trying to unjam it (it's still jammed) and I want to check all the bits are in the right places. Thanks - Bill

I have a 3220S shredder where the Bag Full Sensor light will not go off even though the bag is empty. Is there a way to reset this sensor?

I'm having a problem with my Quartet gbc 5220S Shredder.What it is doing I have all of the doors shut and everything is in place and it is saying that the door is open. What could be the problem going on?

Check that a piece of paper is not causing any safety switch to be kept open.
make sure lid is fitting correctly.

Maintenance

Oil periodically using special shredder oil. It goes on the paper as you shred it. Dont overload the shredder. Empty regularly. Dont wait for it to shut off due to being full. Check your owners manual for other particulars for this make and model.

My 5550 shredder is completely dead. Is there a manual/guide to removing the covers. How do I get to the power circuit?

Open the door and look up towards the bottom of the shredder head and find 4 Phillips screws to lift the cover off.

Check the switch (thin shiney metal strip on the side) is in correct position with full flap bar. A schematic drawing at GBC web site can help to locate these parts.

Update, the switch is an interuption switch which I believe would be tripped whilst the shredder is on its bin - something I don't have. What I am going to do is remove the switch.
