are you talking about the old Model 11 which is a copy of Browning A-5? more details would help. But it probably has a solid rib (amazingly, those were machined in one piece with the barrel, not soldered on). Many have had barrel problems. Look closely at yours, especially for pitting in the bore and bulging at muzzle.
The model 11 remington shotgun was produced from 1905-1949 when it was changed to the 11-48 dating your shotgun to exact year MAY be possible if theres a date code on the barrel left side ,,this would proably be a 2 letter code.. and should be near the point where the barrel meets the receiver. Without it it's anybody's guess.

condition means the most for values but you can pickem up for a average between 200-350. for insurance purposes 400 if in good working order.

It appears you will need more Alphabetic Characters to satisfy the date and year of the manufacture of the weapon. One must disassemble and look for stamped characters. The bolt has to go into the reciever form the front. It is inserted with the dog. This is a pain, but the bolt, dog, and action arms(from the pump) have to come together and be held just right to slide into place.
