PrinterHead I try to print a document, and all i get is an error message that says that the cartridges are not installed properly or that the cartridge door is not closed, both are done....but then in the Control Program screen...in the alert box...it says that, "Both printheads are missing." But i don't know what a printhead is, Please help me, much appriciated. Thanks SavedOne07

A printer head is the ink cartridge. maybe you put the black where the color goes and color where the black goes. remember that black is to the right and color is to the left.

HP Photosmart C4580 Print cartridge(s) missing or not detected

This error message usually happen if the cartridge is not properly seated or the copper-colored electrical contacts have problem. Check this website for proper cleaning and installing ink cartridge.
If the problem is resolve try replacing the ink cartridges.

The printer just says printerhead error. And prints fuzzy.

You probably have a faulty cartridge, try changing your cartridges and see if the error message clears. The printhead is on your cartridge.

How to fix 108 service printhead error on c762 lexmark printer

Hello, Please try this: Power off the printer, take the Color cartridge out(Magenta), take a thin and dust-free cloth or tissue and clean the hysinc mirror and the printerhead lens. The hysinc mirror and printerhead lens is in the printer not on the magenta cartridge. Reinstall the print cartridge and power on. Try again to print this will help.

Canon pixma ip 3000 error message printer is offline

If the orange lamp blinking only it's the print head is not installed, or it is not properly installed.Open the cover remove the print cartridges then remove the print head and put back it on.If not help the print head is defective and need replace.
If the orange lamp blinking with green alternately it's ASF (cam) sensor error.The problem is in sheet feed unit.

I am having HP Deskjet 3920 Printer. When i try to print any documents, it will show an error message that " The Triclor cartridge is incorrectly installed" , although still it will print color prints...

Hi Anish, Have u checked the printer cartridges installed properly(i.e., Color in color door and black in black door). and also check the cabling between the system and your printer. and put the papers properly. if the problem again persists uninstall the printer driver and install the latest drives which can be downloaded from the net.

In canon pixma ip1700 Alarm light orange flashes 15 times

Fifteen Flashes: The FINE Cartridge cannot be recognized.
Possible causes are as follows:
- The FINE Cartridge may not be installed properly.
- The FINE Cartridge may not be compatible with this printer.
Install the appropriate FINE Cartridge. If lines are misaligned or the resulting output is not satisfactory, carry out the Print Head Alignment.

Ink cartridge (not) installed properly

For the Canon iP1800 printer are you sure you're using the 30 for black and 31 for color?

And make sure they "click" when installed. That should confirm that they're nice and tight in their ink compartments.

Besides that, maybe reinstalling the printer drivers could do something?
