Minimum amount of memory: 250 MB

! Maximum amount of memory: 250 GB

    ! File system: FAT32 and FAT16

I have a guess you are running VISTA on your PC?

It is a 64-Bit OS.... and as the manual states it will only recognize FAT32 and Fat16 files.

    Just an FYI

Partitioned USB memory is not compatible

    with this unit.

! Depending on the kind of USB portable audio

player/USB memory you use, this unit may

not recognize the USB audio player/USB

memory or audio files may not be played back

    properly.

Pioneer DEH-P6000UB Car CD/ MP3 face fell in water. Now it powers up and demo mode is displayed. It is not responding to remote nor touch. Please help!

I have left the face of mine in the rain and had the same problem.I've been told that putting it in a sock eg. and putting it in the clothes dryer on gentle cycle(low heat) with several pieces of Reynold's foil(in balls) might work. However,I did not try it,but I understand the concept. It might be damaged beyond repair,so you could take the chance and try.

Cant get my deh-p6000ub to hold memory

Where do you have the yellow wire going? The yellow wire needs to go to a constant 12v source, even when the key is off. The yellow wire controls the memory of the deck.

When yuo put a cd in the cd player it reads error 11 what is error 11 and how do you fix it?

Some Head units (cd players) dont like to play burnt discs. I love pioneer (deh-p6000ub)and that is all I use for head units, and sometimes, depending on how you burn the, they wont play. Make sure to use windows media player to burn your files, that might help. If you are using regular store bought cds, then you might need a new head unit, it might be an internal problem.

Pioneer DEH-P6900UB & Sandisk Sasa e280r

Did you format it while connected to a PC? If so check that you didn't format as NTFS, the Pioneer HU can only read FAT32 I think.
