Sounds like the plastic liners that hold the wheel either on or together have worn out.  They make hundreds of different style wheels.  You can try going to any baby supply store that has replacement wheels that have the "same" mounting configuration and see if you can get new ones.  You might need to replace all the wheels and they may look different but at least you'll almost have a new stroller that doesn't wobble.

Bebecar ip-op front wheel falls off, parts missing inside it and do not know where to get a new one local to wimbledon. there is a spindle with a washer one side which has fallen out and I think by looking...

The starlock could have broken which holds the axle in place. Contact the retailer you purchased the pushchair from or Bebecar direct on 01692 408807.

Nee Replacement Nut

Can you possibly take a picture of another nut on the carriage that matches the one you lost?  If so I can probably guide you better.

I don't know where you live but try taking the stroller into a hardware store that has a large selection of both Metric and English hardware.  Threads sizes  are all standardized and so are the nuts.  But there are just different styles to pick from.  You might be able to find the right thread size but he nut won't quite look like the original.  And the question is does it matter?  Look for a self locking nut also. One that has a "nylon" insert often called "Ny-loks".  Keeps the nut from coming off.  Get the right size you might want to replace all of them.

Broken hood on nordic cruiser

It appears that Simo have gone out of business, and their partner company Bertini is not supporting simo strollers, so I don't think you'll get much joy from them. Best I can think of is to take the stroller to any reasonable machine shop, and get them to make a replacement for the broken part from an appropriate material- it is probably the same or a mirror image of the one on the other side. This shouldn't cost too much, but ask first. A quick solution would be to fix an adlustable strap to the hood, going forwards and backwards from the front near the centre. This strap could then be attached to the handle and to the other end behind the hood. ( best way is a buckle stiched to the hood near the open edge, with one continuous strap running from a loop round the handle, through the buckle, then down to a piece of strong elastic attached to just below the base of the hood at the back. A bit of experimenting with the tension on the elastic should get this working quick enough). This may not be an ideal solution, but it may be easiest and cheapest. Hope this helps, if you need to find a machine shop near you then please give a general area and I can see if i can find you one :)
