133/1200 screens look great on the plate, but soon disappear once on press. Doesn't take long, either, 30-50 sheets. Have done everything Xante told me to do, all settings adjusted. Tried several fountain solutions. Any ideas?
It definitely is a fuser problem. Plate is not getting enough heat to bond. We had same problem--put printed plate in oven at 250 degrees for 2 minutes--and like magic the plate was perfect. Not a permanent solution but sure works in a pinch.

The problem is due to the fuser not to anything else seems that the fuser do not heat up the toner enough, what i did is to run the plate twice , as blank of course . it did the trick for my press.
