Check and replace its main power regulator board. It might be faulty. Normally there is no repair to these boards. Card base replacement should be done.

The dell powerboard inside is bad and is verry common in these dell tv sets and the cost to get another one will be expensive around $150-$200 if you can find them.

Yes,Ur power ic inverter board is dead.
U need a new one.

check the cable who comes from the cpu

Check for a blown fuse.

first check with a different cable , if it still doesnt come on , then you have to open it up and look for a burnt or cold solder where the transformer is ,also look around for any other solder. hope this helps AJ

I have checked all the connections and replaced all the cables with the highest quality I could buy.  I think the problem is in the TV tuner itself.  I live in a MDU so I am stuck with a rooftop satellite/master antenna.
