Before adjusting anything, check the fuel filter, air filter, and muffler for plugging. Check the condition of the fuel lines for decay or other damage. Tighten all carburetor fasteners. Make sure you have fresh fuel mix in the tank. Does the primer bulb pull fresh fuel into itself when pumped? Turn both jet screws CW to stops (lightly), then back out CCW 1-1/2 turns each. This is a basic setting and should allow the engine to start and run. Start the engine and allow it to warm up, then pull the throttle full on. Adjust H needle CW until the engine starts to speed up, but still 4-stroking. Proper final adjustment is when the engine 4-strokes unloaded, but immediately 2-strokes when cutting. Release the throttle and adjust L needle CW for fairly good idle, but still allows the engine to 'follow the throttle'. Adjust idle speed screw so that the chain stops turning, but the engine will continue to run. Hope this helps!

Kymco agility 2012,i want to put a 72cc big bore kit on it,at mo running standard 50cc carb,was told i need to up my jet size.

Use a numbered drill set, measure the jet size using the drill bit set, then select a drill bit two numbered sizes larger and drill out the main jet, that should get you in the ball park. Cant find much on your machine as its an obscure make and model. This brings with it the ease of sourcing parts, sometimes its better to stick with known brands for this reason.

How do i install handlebar mounted kill switch in a chinese 72cc atc

replace the key switch as it is faulty
as to fitting a kill switch find a switch that the mount opens up so that the switch can be mounted without the necessity to remove anything off the handle bars take a wire from the key switch and run it to the kill switch and from the other terminal reconnect it to where it came from. This means that the power from the ignition switch now goes to the kill switch then back to where it was originally connected after the igition switch.

It's all in how you ride it....we have a Roketa Maui with a 100 BBK...and it has lasted over 4,000 miles so far. If you do full throttle take offs and run and wide open throttle constantly...even the 50 and 80 engines are being abused. I know many customers that have them...and yet to see a crank failure. Sure they do ride WOT at times...but they take it up there gradually.. not just grab full throttle and go. People tend to forget the angine itself was designed as a 72cc...but bored to 50cc to be sold in America...so the 80 BBK should never cause you a problem. I worked on one for a kid that had the 80 kit..and he has 9,400 miles on it...all he needed was a belt when brought it to me.

mate whats happening is there is no recompression inside the engine pushing the gear to return id say you have done the gears in it and it would cost more to replace them than to replace the engine

2007 crf 70 burning oil

This could be a few things.

1.) too much oil in engine.
Too much is just as bad as not enough. check and correct level.
2.) sticking or worn piston rings.
Most likely problem as these little bikes tend to get revved real hard.
replace worn parts or upgrade to the 47mm kit 72cc barrel kit, £40 uk pounds
3.) Valve stem seals worn.
cheap easy replacement if this is all it is, but you can get a complete cylinder head with cam, lifters, valves etc ready to fit for about £45 uk pounds

run wire from one side bolt to other side and try again if it works coil is bad did you replace plug and check gap?
