How to refill my paper in the fax machine

I have a philips magic 3 primo fax machine and cannot figure out how/where to put the role of paper.i have no manual or box neighbour gave it to me because they got a new one. thanks

    I have a magic 3 primo machine and have lost the manual need help on how to receive faxes and send .Every time I turn the machine off and then on and press the help button and installation button I get no response only a message to say change card. What does this mean anyone?

Just from looking at the picture there should be a release, probably along the front which allows the wholw top to lift up. You should see the empty roll near the back. Since thermo faxes only print on one side of the paper (shiny), make sure the new roll is put in properly. Most feed "over the top" rather than 'from the bottom"

    hils ran out of inkfilm and is in permanent error mode.

    you must insert a new inkfilm and chipcard or disable chipcard. to find out, how read hints by agustin on this site or mine.

That manual does not exist. Plug the phone cord into the LINE port then you should be OK.
