Easiest thing to try first is to uninstall and reinstall the driver, either from your installation CD or better yet, from the Logitech website; http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/downloads/software/US/EN,CRID=1794,contentid=12247 If that doesnt solve the problem, then plug the camera into a different PC, install the drivers there - just to ensure that the problem is not with your PC, your windows or the USB setup. If the camera is working fine on another PC please post back with the details of your operating system and hardware and we can try and help. If you get the same results on another PC then check through this page first; http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/logitech_en_amr.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php?p_sid=Nj7WBJzi&p_lva=&p_li=&p_accessibility=0&p_page=1&p_cv=&p_pv=3.72&p_prods=844%2C5%2C72&p_cats=&p_hidden_prods=&prod_lvl1=844&prod_lvl2=5&prod_lvl3=72&p_search_text=&p_new_search=1&p_search_type=answers.search_nl If you still have no luck then please post or call back and we can see if we can solve the problem Hope this helps :)
