T-Con board is not usually the cause of a vertical line on the screen. It is the screen itself. Do not swap the cables. They are right and left only. If you do.... you will burn a trace on the cable and trash the T-con board.

I think it is degaussing problem
if any thing is lying which has magnet
please remove it.
&then put of monitor for 15 minutes & then put on again.do not move when it is on.
please let me if it gets ok
