I have a Pioneer DVR-111DBK and Samsung SH-C522C CD-ROM drives, worked well, but after I installed a newer Nero, the DVD won't burn. I guessed it was Nero's fault, so I uninstalled Nero. Then I restarted Windows and the DVD and CD-ROM were not recognized!!! I went to safe mode, and Windows said something is wrong with the registry. I didn't know what to do, so I just reinstall Windows, and it is still the same until now, Windows will not recognize both the DVD and CD drives. I checked the BIOS and it recognizes those devices, I test with a bootable CD, and they both can read and work. So the problem is in the Windows, and I don't know what to do. Please help!
