Brand new machine giving e3 error. Ramp does not incline.
The E95 incline motor is out of calibration. Recalibrate the incline by holding the UP INCLINE button and the START button simultaneously for 5 seconds. This will put the machine into incline calibration mode. Press ENTER to start the calibration and let it run. It will take a minute or two.
Refer to page 25 (the last page) of the user manual, hidden right at the bottom.

ERR 3 Troubleshooting Inspect the optic sensor and other components as follows. Optic Sensor Optic sensor wheel – Make sure that the optic sensor wheel rotates securely, without wobbling, between the black optic sensor nubs. Realign and tighten if necessary. If optic sensor wheel teeth are missing or bent, replace the optic sensor wheel. Optic sensor wires – Check wire connections from the optic sensor to the drive board. Check wire continuity . Optic sensor – Turn on unit power. Turn the motor flywheel with your hand. The optic sensor indicator (LED10 on the drive board) should flicker. See MOTOR.08. If it does not light, and all parts above are OK, replace the optic sensor. Other Motor – Does the motor sputter, sometimes running fast, sometimes slow? See MOTOR.04. If the motor tests good, replace the drive board. If the motor tests bad, replace it. Drive board – See above, and inspect for burnt, damaged, or loose components. Main program IC - Press down on the main program IC on the display to ensure a good connection. Replace the IC if necessary

Hi most of the treadmill with e2 error code are related to the motor speed sensor so check the sensor
SOURCE: Athlon iQ2 treadmill-just replaced motor control
If this is the same problem you had prior to replacing the MCB and speed sensor. I would check the drive motor, unplug unit then remove motor shroud then unplug the connectors leading to the motor itself. If you have wire leads and a 18v drill battery connect the leads into motor then attach the other end to you battery and if the motor will rotate ( approx. 1mph) , if it does the check speed sensor to see if the correct spacing between sensor and front roller ( check if the magnet has not fallen out of front roller pulley this also can cause you problems) hope this help!!

No speed/RPM reading, Console displays
"E3" error code
Check data cable integrity All wires in cable should be intact. If any
are cut or crimped, replace cable.
Check data cable connections/orientation, insure cable is connected securely and oriented properly. Small latch on connector should line up and snap into place.
Check magnet position (requires shroud removal) Magnet should be in place on flywheel. If no magnet is present, replace the flywheel or the entire base unit (if unable to replace flywheel).
Check RPM Sensor (requires shroud removal) RPM sensor should be aligned with magnet and connected to data cable. Realign sensor if necessary ( 1/8" clearance between sensor and flywheel) if still error 3 then check the sensor with a multi meter unplug sensor leads attach meter to sensor connectors. Have someone by hand rotate the pedal while you observe the multi meter opening and closing the internal sensor circuit if no change in meter readings then replace the sensor.
