Hi .. i took apart my kirby g5 upright vacume cleaner as i was vacuming the car and either something got suxed up (to which i havent seen or recoverd yet) or the motor spindle cessed up on me not sure . anyway i proceeded to do a little diy on it and now that i have it completly stripped down to the motor with a million screws etc all over the place i am looking to see if anyone knows a site with pictures that can assist me in re assembling my vacume cleaner . it would be more than appricated as i havent been able to hoover the house in over a week .. with thanks .. vik chick
If you are in the US you need to call 800-437-7170 to get a manual - i'm not sure it will help in enough internal detail to help you get things back together, but the same number is for Kirby technical support and they may talk you through it. If you want to try online then; http://www.kirby.com/CustomerService/ContactUs/tabid/73/Default.aspx if they don't, then please take a good selection of photos of what you have, and post them back here or try and call on a live chat and we can see what we can do to help.
