Press and hold the keypad with the padlock icon until you hear a beep. This should be about 3 seconds. This will toggle the lock on and off. I used the documentation for the Frigidaire FGIC3067MB to check this. From the information you have provided your Frigidaire range is not allowing steam to come out. If your vent is blocked it will not release the hot air or steam. Could you provide me with your model number? You can locate the serial tag (which lists your model number) on the door frame of the lower drawer. I noticed your question is labeled under Frigidaire cooktop model, FEC30S7E. I have located the Use and Care Guide for your cooktop and I was unable to locate a lock feature. You could perform a reset on your appliance and you can do that by unplugging the power cord or flipping the circuit breaker off for ten minutes.
If that does not correct your issue could you please provide me with your model number? Usually you can locate the serial tag (which lists your model number) inside your burner box or on the outside of the appliance base. With that information I can look further into your model. Hello Larry D Harris - Does any part of the range work? I would recommend verifying that a fuse is not blown or a circuit breaker tripped. Test the power outlet with a lamp, hair dryer, etc. Another questions, does "Loc" appear in the display if any button is pushed? The Oven Lockout feature automatically locks the oven door, prevents the warmer drawer and most oven controls from being turned ON. If so, press and hold CLEAR/OFF for 3 seconds. A beep will sound. LOC will clear. The "DOOR LOCKED" will continue to flash until the oven door has completely unlocked. Do the maintop burners work? Granting that it does, you can try confirming that the shut-off valve on the gas pressure regulator is in the "ON" position (usually located on the back left-hand side of the range). This valve shuts off gas to the oven. If after the basic troubleshooting, you continue to experience the issue I would suggest contacting a certified technician to assist in the full diagnosis and repair of your range.

I'm having the same problem! Except I'm not guarenteed any heat even on high.
