My screen froze when i started a video. how do i unfreeze it?

Ok,i got mine to unfreeze about 5 minutes after i posted it. All i did was press the power button very hard for about 1 minute and all the sudden it just restarted. Reply back if it works!! =)

happy to hear it worked for someone other than me. its only ever froze on me once so next time it does i will just do the same thing i did last time and hold the power button for like 30 sec. well glad it worked for you

Press the power button for like 10-15 secs and it will turn off and then you will be able to use it

I just turned on my sansa to go for a jog and the friggin screen froze up! for the 3rd time! the light was stuck on so i decided to just wait for the battery to die but that didnt work so i took ur advice and pressed the power button. It did turn off and now its workin fine. Just sucks that this shit happens all the time!!

The same shit happened 2 me yesterday night. this is the second time it happend. the screen is blank but it still has alight. this morning i noticed that that light went off so i turned it on and it worked but it said battery too low so i charged it and its working. so give about a day to see iff it works, and i hope it works for u

I had a freeze occur on an ipad air after trying a reset and the method for that was to hold down the button at the bottom of the screen and the button at the top side of the pad at the same time for around 20 seconds
the bottom button turns of the screen as does the side top button but when pressed together and held for a time it reboots the unit
if it is not the same the do what I did
go google on another computer and type in ---how to unfreeze 7" rca tablet --- and read forums and other sites that may give you a clue as to how to do it

Unfreeze my screen

Take the battery out first of all for 30 seconds then reinstall battery. Then power phone back up. Need more information on what you were doing when screen froze to help any further.

My sony Ereader froze. how do i unfreeze it?

Try holding the power switch down for 30 seconds and see if it shuts down. Hopefully after that it will just turn on again. If not, try leaving it until the battery runs down. Recharge and then start it up again.

Generally, if a device is froze, you can remove the power to the device to reset it. What type of device are you trying to unfreeze and please tell me what happened before the device froze so I can help you figure out this problem.

Sony walkman nwz-s18f froze

I had this problem a few days ago and now my sony nwzs18f has different problems, the way i got it to charge back up was by using a usb charger that plugs into a socket rather than into your computer this should hopfully charge it back up and also it should unfreeze the screen.
