We have a sony trinitron model kv27v65. It was working fine earlier today. Then it suddenly turned off on its own and now will not turn back on and the standby/timer light blinks four times repeatedly. Does anyone know how we can solve this? Thanks.
Four blinks = No vertical Deflection (V STOP), Screen goes to a single horizontal line then the video signal muted. Check IC1509, Q1505

I really don't understand this comment. Thanks for trying, however. Another person told me this means my tv needs top be repaired. I am not sure what my next step is according to your comments. It's a bit above my head :).
