Question about Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-S40 Digital Camera
I have a DSC S40 that is about 2 years old. I have never had a problem, but last week it began to act funny. I've changed the batteries made sure the memory stick is ok as well. I am able to take pictures, it is just that the LCD screen looks funny, so I am unable to tell if the picture is ok or not. Also, when I call up the menu in the view mode, the screen goes completely white and I cannot view anything. Is it time to buy another camera? Thanks,
Hello, The problem is in bad contacts on flat cable from the LCD. Cleaning the cable and the connector can solve the problem. If you need more info please advice. ps: this should be the long term solution.
