Kodak AiO home center, serve as a driver as well for your printer to print from the computer. It will let you scan, copy or print pictures. AIO home center will let you select the settings you want for your printer
I have replaced my ink cartridges numerous times and they are still full. It keeps telling me the ink cartridge needs replacing. It won't print and the red light keeps blinking. I have disconnected the usb and the power. I have only had this printer for about a year. It won't scan or print. Its a Kodak Easyshare 5300. The HomeCenter AiO is disconnected so how do I contact anyone from Kodak?
1-Deep clean and calibrate the printhead
2-Try a firmware update @ www.kodak.com/go/downloads
3-Try a removal and reinstall of the printhead and inks
If all this fails, call Kodak Aio support : 1-800-421-6699 (USA)
Unlatch the printhead by pressing the button in the upper-left corner of the carriage.
see User’s Guide page 75 you can see it at www.kodak.com/go/downloads I would also advised you to do a deep clean by going to menu>clean printhead then deep clean. Believe this has nothing to do with cartridges contact aio support if this fails
