Canon C-IR2016 is demanding a DEPT ID & DEPT Password. no way I can get access into the copier. please I need help to unblock the DEPT ID & Password request. Thanks

My Canon C-IR2016 is demanding a Administrative ID & Password.
I did entered the Admin PWD and latter removed it. but can't really
tell what happen that after I restarted the copier, it still requested for
the Admin ID & Password. unfortunately the the details i used before
is not functioning any more. PLEASE I need Help !! thanks

go into service mode additional functions button hen press 2 and then 8 keys then press additionl functions button, then scroll through until you see clear press enter and scroll through until you see passwod clear then restart machine and be no administrator password then
