Switchoff your Phone and Switch it ON.
Still same Try to Plugin your Headset and Remove it. Again you face same Go to settings> Restore Factory Settings>Enter Phone Code[Default is 12345 if not changed earlier-All 'phone data will be lost-Backup it to MMC before doing it]..
Hope your problem solved....

what you will do,you will press*#7780# then it will want your password,then you will put your password and wait few minuts,if your ph take restart automaticaly, then ok, other wise you will restart your ph manualy
The headset icon always appear in my nokia n70 and cannot remove and when i connect my headset ... it doesn't work . with or without headset the headset icon always appear in my screen .
If you plug your headphones into your phone it should not stop you from making and receiving calls. I think you might be on a silent profile or offline profile. I play music and listen to radio on my N70 and all is well.
