Buy a "universal charger" wall wort. Most will chargs 1.5 VDC to 12 VDC in steps adjusted by a slide switch. The polarity of the tip is switchable from + to -, so be careful to switch the tip to the right polarity for your radio. Try to find one that has close to the same current output that the original charger had. Good Luck,

I am pretty good at finding manuals on-line but I do not think that this one exist in electronic form, Sorry.

are you sure the battery is charged, tray to swap the batteries, and check if there is any rust or dirt on the battery contact on the radio and the batteries too. Please let me know if this help Ernesto
