Hi Nick,
The DSCW210 Camera is compatible with the Memory Stick ProDuo up to 32GB. The Camera will not recognize the Memory Stick if it is formatted in the Computer. Try removing and reinserting the MS and check if it helps. Try using different MS to check if the issue is with the MS or with the Camera. Try resetting the Camera and check if it helps.
Performing a manual power reset may help:
· Turn off the camera.
· Remove the battery pack.
· Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
· Allow the camera to remain without power for 60 seconds.
· Reinsert the battery pack.
· Turn on the camera.
To reset the Camera back to factory default, select the INITIALIZE Option from the Main Settings 1 Menu of the Camera to OK. This will set the user defined settings back to factory default. The images and videos will not get deleted.
Reset the camera to factory specifications to try resolving the issue.
Thanks.
