    I want to increase the volume of the earpiece. At the moment I can barely hear anyone talking on the other end.

    My grandson put the manual in the garbage can ,and cant get some information from the handset.
    If somebody know any information to get a copy ,let me know,pleaseee

Hi, Thanks for your reply.The problem is i can not set it up .Erase the the old answer machine message.Erase the old numbers and set up the speed dial numbers. Cheers Paul

Http://www.swbfreedomphone.com/ib/ib_frame.html I couldn't find a listing for that particular model, but it may be that it's similar to one of the others listed and you can find help there. Maybe if you tell us what problem you're having with the phone, we can fix it that way.

According to SW Bell:

Setting Up Your Voicemail:
  1. Press and hold the 1 key.
  2. Follow the voice prompts.
Checking Your Voicemail Messages from Your Wireless Phone:
  1. Press and hold the 1 key.
  2. Follow the voice prompts.
Checking Your Voicemail Messages from Other Phones:
  1. Dial your 10-digit wireless number.
  2. Press the * key when you hear your personal greeting.
  3. Enter your personal passcode.
  4. Follow the voice prompts.
If you would like to have a Security Password for all Voicemail calls, from the Main Menu:
  1. Press and hold the 1 key.
  2. Press 4 for Personal Options.
  3. Press 2 for Administrative Options.
  4. Press 1 for Password and follow instructions to turn on your password
